Terms of Service

In short: BisoDay helps you organise your events. You remain responsible for the data you enter (including your guests' details), you keep ownership of your content, and the service is provided “as is”.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BisoDay mobile and Web application, published by MyDesigna, and its associated services: synchronisation, invitations and replies (RSVP), QR code entry scanning, notifications and team management.

Using BisoDay means you fully accept these Terms.

2. Access to the service

An account is required to organise an event. Some features (replying to an invitation via a link) remain available without an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
The app works offline; some features (sync, sending invitations) require an internet connection.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

use BisoDay lawfully, without infringing the rights of third parties;
only enter data you are entitled to use;
not attempt to bypass security or to bulk-extract data;
not disrupt the operation of the service or its servers.

4. Your entered data

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into BisoDay, including your guests' contact details, their preferences and any personal content. By entering this data, you warrant that you have a valid legal basis to process it and to share invitations with the individuals concerned.

5. Content & ownership

Your content belongs to you. You grant BisoDay only the technical licence required to host, back up and sync your data.
The BisoDay brand, logos and the app interface remain the exclusive property of MyDesigna.
You can export your data at any time and delete your account from the app (Settings → Support & account).

6. Subscriptions & payments

BisoDay offers a free tier and paid plans (Event Pass and Pro Pass). Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your card details. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, amounts paid for a period already started are non-refundable.

7. Availability & support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted. Support is available via Settings → Help centre / FAQ, then “Contact support” (technical report with no personal data), or by email at support@bisoday.com.

8. “As is” service

The BisoDay service is provided “as is” and as available, without express or implied warranty of quality, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from error. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BisoDay and MyDesigna shall not be liable for indirect or immaterial damages arising from use of the service, including loss of unsynchronised data after uninstalling the app without a backup. You are responsible for exporting your important data regularly.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, without prejudice to any other remedy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. The online version prevails: https://bisoday.com/en/legal/terms-of-service.

12. Governing law

Unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the user's country of residence, with the courts of the user's domicile having jurisdiction.
